Kane Mar has spent more than 20 years helping organisations run real Agile teams including teams at companies like Microsoft , Capital One, Commonwealth Bank and Government.
Kane is the founder of Agile Federation Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Australia, where he teaches Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification courses and offers Agile/Scrum coaching and consulting to teams and enterprises. He has been rated 5 stars by course participants for the past 10 years, and is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum trainer.
Kane is also the author of Structure & Power, a book examining how an organisation's structure dictates the distribution of power, decision-making authority, and its capacity for innovation and adaptation.
