Embarking on the Journey to Becoming Pi-Shaped

Updated: Sep 5

The Scrum Alliance recently published a report on the required skills in the modern workplace. The report highlights what employers are looking for in their employees. I found the concept of "pi-shaped employees" fascinating, as it builds on the concept of "T-shaped employees". As a result, I wrote an article about it, which you can find on the Scrum Alliances website, here.

But, in my opinion, that wasn't the most interesting aspect of the report. I'm writing more about that at the moment and will post something next week.
